We are located about 1.5 miles from downtown Springfield, Ohio, offering easy access from South Fountain, Kenton St., Leffel Lane, and the 45505, 45506, and 45503 communities.

Drive‑up units allow you to park directly at the door for fast loading. Climate‑controlled units maintain stable temperature and humidity, ideal for furniture, electronics, photos, and items sensitive to heat or moisture.
